This document constitutes a legally binding agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms”) between you, the user (“you,” “your,” or “User”), and Sachin Kumar, a sole proprietor operating under the business name "AI Shiksha Hub", located in 229, Uttrakhand Colony, Garh Road Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Course access is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Access may be removed if you violate any part of these Terms.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All fees are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, such as Razorpay and PayPal. You are also bound by their respective terms and policies.

We do not store or process your credit/debit card details.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

You have accessed less than 10% of the course content.

You submit a refund request to support@aishikshahub.com within 24 hours of the purchase date.

Your request includes your full name, order details, and reason for refund.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank/payment processor.

No refunds will be issued if more than 10% of the course has been accessed or downloaded.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Requests submitted after 24 hours.

Content usage exceeding 10%.

Breach of Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase is made, cancellations are not permitted unless eligible under our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials on the platform are the exclusive property of "AI Shiksha Hub" and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any content.

Record or download video/audio content.

Share your login credentials or access with others.

Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

Not engage in harassment, hate speech, abuse, or any disruptive behavior.

Violation Consequences:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice or refund if you violate these Terms.

We further reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including financial recovery for damages, losses, and legal costs caused by your breach or misuse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

That content is free of errors or interruptions,

That it meets your expectations or outcomes,

Or that access will be uninterrupted or secure.

All educational content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages,

Any loss of data, revenue, or profits, or

Any issues resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six (6) months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Sachin Kumar, AI Shiksha Hub and our representatives against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from:

Your use of the Services,

Your violation of these Terms,

Or your infringement of any third-party rights.

If your actions result in harm to our business, platform, reputation, or revenue, we reserve the right to pursue compensation and recovery of damages through legal or arbitration channels.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations first.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Each party will bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be notified via email or on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
